No purchase is necessary to enter into the prize draw for survey participants. You are eligible to be entered into the prize draw if you meet all of the following conditions:
You are a Canadian resident at the time of completing the survey
You are 18 years or older at the time of completing the survey
You are qualified to complete the survey (i.e. you are in one of the qualifying target groups being selected for the survey)
You have completed the survey in a manner that does not warrant disqualification
You have entered into the incentive prize draw. At the end of the survey you are required to enter into the draw to qualify, and we require your permission to contact you by email in the event that your name is drawn to receive one of the incentive prizes.
You have answered the skill testing question and submit your answer when you enter the draw
Valid survey participants are eligible to enter into a draw for one of five Visa prepaid cards to the value of $250 each. We expect that there will be about one thousand respondents to the survey, so an entrant’s chances of winning will be about 1 in 200.
The survey will be available no later than December 20, 2017. The end date will be determined by the number of responses we get. The Survey Administrator reserves the right to change these dates without notice.
The prize draw will take place no later than May 15, 2018. Winners will be notified via the email address that they provided during the entry sign up process. The Survey Administrator reserves the right to change the date of the draw without notice.
The survey will be publicized on social media channels, through various stakeholder organizations, and through various market research panels. Should you wish to participate in the survey, follow the link to the survey website and complete the survey online. Entrants must complete all required information and also the incentive draw entry form provided at the end of the survey. Survey participants are permitted one draw entry for their completed survey. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. The survey will be available in English and American Sign Language (ASL). The length of time that the survey will take will be between 15 minutes and can go up to 45 minutes for ASL respondents.
